On Thanksgiving Day, 1997, after receiving the Holy Eucharist, I was taken to a place above the altar and Jesus showed me a glimpse of His broken Heart filled with sadness, and He was weeping.
He revealed to me it was because of the sins of the world, the abortions, the rejection of Him, of the Holy Trinity of love, and of His Blessed Mother, Mary. At that moment, my heart was united with the immense emotional pain He was suffering for our sins, and I wept in oneness with His broken heart. The love which emanated from His Heart was so intense, it changed my life forever.
Jesus asked that this Little Cross be a gift of His unconditional love, reminding us of the longing within His Sacred Heart to draw us even closer to His heart of love and forgiveness, and to keep Him close in our hearts, blessing us with His healing love, touching our hearts and souls forever.
With a grateful heart, I pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to bless the many hands that crochet these crosses. I also wish to thank everyone who has helped in any way to make this journey of the Little Cross of God’s Love pleasing to God, as it touches the lives of people all around the world, and protects the lives of those in our armed forces.
